*Historically speaking, the summer months have always been low season for plastic scrap. Due to the intense heat, energy consumption is at a all time high forcing the government to limit electricity usage in industrial zones. This not only reduces output, it also reduces the need for additional raw materials such as plastic and metal scraps.
