Add Business Listing
This tutorial goes over how to join the Recycled Plastic Business Directory. Although it only take several minutes to list your business, it will give you a lifetime of advertising and introduce your company to thousands of potential customers. Amazingly, our services are 100% free! Become a free member now!
Warning: this directory is intended for plastic related businesses only. Do not submit any off-topic companies, they will be deleted. If you’re unsure whether your business fits our criteria, please contact us.
To get started, log into your account and click on the “Add Listing” button located at the right of our website (the ugly orange button). We’ve pointed it out for you in the picture below:

On this page, click on the drop down box next to “Select a Category” and choose the appropriate category for your business. When you’re ready, click on the “Go” button. For this tutorial we will be adding a “Plastic Buyer” listing.

This next page is where you will enter all your business information. Items marked with a “*” are mandatory. We suggest filling out the entire form including the non-starred items.
**There seems to be confusion with what to type in the “Title” section. Please fill the title with your business name.
A quick note about telephone numbers you submit, please include the country code. For instance, if your business is located in Shanghai, China (as in the example), your phone number should start with “+86,” which is the country code for China. This will avoid visitors from being confused when trying to contact you.

As with adding a plastic scrap listing, you want to spend some time writing a complete, detailed description for your business. Think of this page as your business’s website, you don’t want a poorly written introduction do you?
Another important aspect of your business listing is the pictures you upload. For business directory listings, we recommend adding pictures of your company logo, your factory/facility/office, and even pictures of you! One of the best ways to show that you’re an inviting business is a picture your beautiful smile. Say cheese!

We wanted to show you how horrible a business listing looks without pictures, therefore, we intentionally left this section blank.
